Hello everyone and thanks again to all of the anglers who recently fished with us at Hyco.
We are posting the CKA AOY update file (see below) so that everyone can have a look at the official standings after one event. Given that qualifying spots are at stake for KBF Nationals (our Top 5 get a ticket) and the Tournament of Champions (top 15), it is important that the numbers be correct. Double check the list against the event standings on TourneyX. If you think you see an error, contact CKA Tournament Director Wayne Butler. Note also that the (R) designation next to a name indicates a 1st year angler.
As it stands, Bob Dainton has punched a ticket to the Tournament of Champions because he won 1st place at Hyco. Bob is a local kayak fishing pioneer and a CKA regular. Congratulations Bob!
The rest of the field is wide open this early on so prepare for our event on Lake Hickory on March 31st, get signed up and fish hard to gain ground or reinforce your position.
It’s a long season and now is the time to grind and stack points!
