27 anglers signed up for the inaugural Carolina Shootout presented by Texas 2 Step. Thank you everyone who signed up!
The tournament came down to the wire in a dramatic final push that saw some good bags posted from South Carolina as well. In the end, half the field submitted fish, and as we wanted, some Huge Limits were caught. We also raised an additional $50 for Heroes on the Water!
The total prize purse was $540 (27×20). Here are the top 5:
