Carolina Kayak Anglers will hold this year’s Tournament of Champions [TOC] on Lake Tillery in Stanly County. There is no cost for the anglers for this event but anglers must qualify by winning an event or being in the top 20% of the club (spots will roll down). In total, there are a total of 23 possible spots reserved but generally some are duplicates.
