Virginia Kayak Anglers Elite [VKAE] and Foothills Kayak Anglers [FKA] have joined the inter-state stable of kayak tournament organizations who participate in organizing and running the annual Battle on the Border kayak fishing tournament. Their participation expands the event’s number of actively participating clubs to a total of six organizations.
